It’s a really really good e-cookbook.
Unbelievable possibility, utter chaos, and the most peaceful place on earth, all at the same time.. We have been without internet for the last two weeks.. Two whole weeks, people!.Eek.. We’re finally back, and we’ve got a lot to share from the last 14 days.
It’s going to be a looong drawn-out process, but we’re so glad you’re along for the ride..The house is all packed (mostly).The truck is here.Tomorrow we take off to our new/old hometown..
Pardon my absence tomorrow while I’m off having the third best day of my life!There are all kinds of things wrong with our new home, but we take them all on gladly..It needs a ton of work on the inside to make it feel like a real home for us, but when you start with a shell like this, how can you go wrong?.
We were able to do a final walk-through over the weekend and got to see everything again and see if it was all just as we’d remembered it.
I had a great time getting some quick photos around the property in the peak of Summer and (bonus!)If this makes you nervous, don’t worry.
This is at the far edge of our property, and hopefully we will be putting chickens here anyway one day.Plus I really don’t mind them.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that even though there are tons of areas of this house that I think are ugly and drive me crazy, there are also a lot of areas that I. know.are ugly, but that I still manage to enjoy.. Every once in awhile I get lucky and notice all of these little things all at once and then I realize “I live here.I’ve been waiting to be able to show you this corner of Kennedy’s room and it’s finally now at the point where I thought it would be done.
